He Talks To You Gives You A Quick Test If You Pass It Your Hired And Then He Trains You For A Couple Of Minutes Then Lets You Go On Your Own Or Just To Tell Me To Train Them Easy As That. :)

Interview
You will be expected to interview more than once. Expect to meet with people 2 to 3 different times. They were timely and professional the first time. The second interview was a bit more formal. The last interview was extremely informal.

They will ask your typical questions why did you leave? What you are looking for? Who do you know in the industry? And what are your hobbies? Be prepared, they may ask more personal questions such as, do you own your own home? What is your martial status?
