Interview over two sessions. First on Teams, which was a great experience with people who were very easy to talk to. Conversational style, with a lot of job related discussion around current knowledge and role suitability. Second interview took place on site, which was lengthy with senior management of two people. Same feel, and very great experience. Conversational again, with a heavy corporate element - centered around technical job requirements, soft skills and job suitability.
