The interview left much to be desired from the interviewee's point of view. The CEO left the interview multiple times, was checking his phone throughout the 20 or so minutes we met, and then left before the interview was over because he had scheduled another event that evening. I'm sure there would have been enough time to get through everything had he met with me on time, but I waited for nearly 20 minutes in the lobby past my interview time. Following the interview, there was communication back and forth and it suddenly ended, leaving me with no communicated result, I just had to assume that he had moved on to another candidate.
