Question 1
I applied for a specific event and the questions revolved around the duties I would be expected to perform. Mostly how to solve issues and communicate with coworkers and guests.
straight forward online interview with a selection of people. Given the opportunity to hear about the company, the role and ask questions. Quite relaxed, talked through previous experience and suitability for the role.

Interview
After signing up with Elevate for hostess job, I was expected to be called for jobs with my level of experience (as detailed in my CV: I have 20 years of hostess experience).
