While COVID has changed the interview process, I was put on a video all with another applicant and an employee. It was incredibly strange. We at and listened to the pitch about the company. How there are SO many applicants so they will narrow their search by a questionnaire after the video cal (lasted 3 minutes, we said nothing). I did the questionnaire and (to my not surprise) out of all the hundreds of applicants they chose me as the top 20 to do a 1-on-1 with....really? They then call and tell me its a management training program, but the Marketing and Event Coordinator is the starting position... what. Run. It's not for real, sorry guys!
