Eleventh Hour Games interview questions

I applied online and was contacted by a recruiter. I had a conversation with a lead producer. The interview was pleasant, the discussion flowed well, and the questions were fair and straightforward. Nothing overly difficult or unexpected. Unfortunately, after the interview, there was no follow-up. Silence after an interview shows a complete lack of respect for candidates time and effort. So while the interview itself was positive, the lack of communication afterward left a poor impression of the company’s hiring process and culture.
