Elevision interview questions

After being referred by a recruiter, I was invited for an interview within 24 hours, scheduled for the following week. The first stage took place at their Dubai office and was a skills-based interview with the COO. They asked about my background, experience, and the role, along with questions about my work style to assess cultural fit. The COO was friendly, creating quite a relaxed interview atmosphere. The decision process took over a week, with limited feedback provided afterward. The entire process, from application to the final decision, took two weeks. I understand that multiple candidates were invited to the first round.
