Elite Lighting interview questions

Arrived early, but was kept waiting by interviewer. Filled out a generic, paper application for a salaried position. Was challenged on lighting terms, which after 25+ years in the industry, I knew. When I asked if this was some sort of lighting pop quiz, he then asked me more lighting terms/vocabulary, which I knew, and that seemed to upset him.

Very strange and unprofessional environment. I denied the offer based on the way I was treated. The staff seemed to all be very unhappy as well. The women staff seemed like they were being held against their will. Very weird interview experience.
