Interview
Interview for me came in 4 parts: 1. Quick call with hiring person (HR) 2. Longer call with a person on the team. Talked about more vague things e.g. “how do you deal with two priorities” etc. 3. Technical part. Showing some crypto knowledge. It’s long, 90 minutes, the first two parts are case examples and the last part is common questions 4. Values and behaviours with the CEO. Scary initially, but ok in the end.
