Interview
I found this position through a recruiting agency who recommended me for the role. I had an initial call with with the HR manager at Elyptus Digital who talked about the role and discussed my CV, I must have impressed them because my agent called me back the next day and said they would like me to meet in person. I met with the HR manager (Laura) and Head of Digital strategy (Jay) and discussed the role, values and culture. I took a tour of the office and left on a good note. 2 days later I received an offer and was sent paperwork to sign and had a start date locked in. Very straight forward and overall great experience even if I would not have gotten the role.
