The interview process has 4-5 steps but it feels very relaxed as everyone is very friendly. It includes synthesising a scientific article in an email and interpreting clinical trial and disease landscape details

4 calls (USA) - 3 scheduled in the same week:
1. Someone to align on interests (informal call)
2. Technical interview: Short 10 min brainstorm case (see question 1) and asking if I am comfortable approaching key opinion leaders at conference
3. Fit interview: asking if I know about regulatory pathways, what is drug development
4. Conversation with managing partner: asked me to ask them questions for 1 hour and I would be judged on my questions to them

What are some clinical considerations to help a client differentiate themselves from competitors? They have the same clinical safety and efficacy.
First stage interview was a call with the UK Director. Very friendly and informative about the role and full transparency with the pros and cons of working for the company. Given opportunity to ask lots of questions
