Never-before-seen unprofessionalism. The position description and title continually changed throughout the interview process. The interviewer came 30 minutes late to the 1st interview and did not apologize. They were also late to 2nd interviews. The 2nd round seemed to go fine, and they told me they would respond in a week. Then, there was no response for a month even though I followed up. After that, they suddenly said they would start 2nd interviews, as though the 2nd interview I had with them never happened. The disorganization is real. I expected more from an established corporation I knew in Korea and hoped to see grow in the US, but all I’ve been shown is a complete absence of organization and professionalism.
