Phone screen with recruiter, in person 2 on 1 interview with sales managers, (if you pass) second 2 on 1 interview with sales managers, on the spot Wonderlich test, (if you pass) offer, Background/Drug test, (if you pass) Start Date. The sales managers are tough to predict. Sometimes they're nice, others they're blatantly not and you can't tell if they're trying to see how you'll react or if they just think that their behavior is acceptable. They get really excited about candidates who know what they do and who have B2B sales experience &/or Marketing connections.
