Apply in person with resume in hand. Fill out application and "interview" with manager in a relaxed format. Wait for phone call from manager to meet in person with owner. Owner interviews preselected candidates in an informal manner and takes a few days to perform a background check. Once the background checks are back the owner makes the decision on who to hire.
