The owner Don hired me and the plant management spoke to me 5 more times after to make sure I wanted the job. They give you permission to go home as needed and the hours are good.

Interview
Simple, quick, and easy. Asked the basics; schooling, previous work experience, etcetera. Interview process was easy breezy. Great for first timers who have never had a job, or need a bit of part time cash while in high school.
