Very straight forward interview, but the HR attitude was not the best. They ghosted me after the 2nd round which was a face to face interview. No respect to the person's time and investments.

1st round with Line manager followed by IT Director and finally HR. Interview was over zoom and straightforward. Expectation was set clear and interview was steered through the proper way.

I was approached by the HR team through LinkedIn. The interview process consisted of two rounds: the first was a phone screening, and the second was a technical interview.
Phone Screening: We discussed my work experience and the domains I have worked in.
Technical Interview: The questions were Based on ChatGPT.
Unfortunately, the company's interview process raised several concerns for me. There was a lack of employer branding and transparency. When I asked questions to the recruiter, I received no responses and was ultimately ghosted.
After the interview, I did not receive any feedback despite multiple attempts to reach out to the team. A month later, the recruiter contacted me with an offer for a different position without providing any explanation.
I declined the offer. Although I was excited about the opportunity to work with a company whose products I admire, the interview process was a complete nightmare for me.
I urge the team to provide feedback to candidates and respect their time. The recruitment process should be a two-way street.
