I had a Panel interview of 3 hours with my HR Manager and HR Director. Earlier I had to undergo a telephonic interview of half hour. Most of the interview was conducted by the HR manager and was interviewed about overall HR process, starting from Recruitment process, on boarding, induction & orientation, training & development, Performance Management.
