I was nervous beginning the interview presentation with this company since I haven't interviewed in a while. The hiring manager picked up on this and asked a few lighter questions to build rapport before diving in on more in depth questions. I really appreciated this. The interview format was thorough and I loved hearing about the design and product team culture forming at Emotive. I wasn't selected to move forward in the process. I reached out to the hiring manager for feedback and he was able to provide two detailed points that will help me in my future interviews.
