Interview
Interview process was lengthy; however, not very difficult. There were several stages over the course over a few months - seems like they either had a lot of applications and/or were slow in moving things forward.
There are a total of five rounds in my memory
Very first round: online assessment
Second round: phone interview
Third round: video interview
Fourth round: group interview(assessment day)
Fifth round: a final interview with the team leader.

Very casual, felt like a conversation. Only asked a few simple questions.
Mainly described what position entails, and description of work to expect.
Asked about previous experiences relating to consultation and conflict resolution.
