Applied for the Customer Success role and had an interview with the 'Head of Talent'. Interview went well and was told about the second and third stages. Was told he'd be in touch with dates for the next round. I followed up twice with him and was just totally blanked - completely unprofessional and obviously representative of the type of culture Emplifi have. Avoid - total time wasters

Interview
I made it to the final round (3rd round), which involved preparing a full presentation for a 3-person panel interview. A week after, I followed up to check the status. The recruiter responded almost a week later to let me know they were still wrapping up interviews and he would follow up by the end of the week. It has now been one month since my final interview and there has been absolutely no follow up. Just awful, especially given the amount of work that went into the presentation. Truly telling of what Emplifi is about, it seems. Truly disappointing lack of care and professionalism.

Walk us through a client example that is most relevant to the role. Include the client pain points, how you engaged with stakeholders, how you tailored your approach, the solutions you proposed, and the final results.
Initial recruiting email and then call. Discussed my background and learned a little about the company and the role. Interview went fine but I didn't hear back after the interview
