Employbridge interview questions

Process was completed in about two weeks. Recruiter screening providing expectations of the role and budget for the role. Met with hiring manager who asked questions from a template. Last step was with a panel of those I would be working with. I received an offer like an hour after sending thank you note.

I hadn’t planned on writing a review, but after reading another recent one that mirrored my experience, I felt compelled to speak up. I also interviewed with the same recruiter mentioned in the latest review, and the experience was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. From the start, it was clear they were unprepared as they arrived late, couldn’t turn their camera on, and appeared disengaged. They asked only one question and rushed through the entire process as if it were an inconvenience. When I asked a question that was directly relevant to the company’s structure and success, they dismissed it as unimportant and even felt that they implied it was a “stupid” question. From that point forward, their demeanor changed noticeably, and they abruptly ended the interview by asking if I had any final questions, which was confusing since the actual interview had barely taken place. I had invested time researching the company and was genuinely excited about the opportunity, but it’s incredibly disappointing that my first impression was marked by such a lack of professionalism and respect.
