I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Employers Overload (Columbus, OH) in Feb 2015
Interview
What process? Filled out application and told to be at work that night. No drug screen or interview questions. I was in and out the door in less than one hour. Said they had to run backround check but I don't know if they did or not. It was the first time I was hired in such a manner not to mention that I started that very night. No training, videos , or anything. I don't even remember doing any testing. They are just looking for a warm body and a pulse.

Question 1
They seriously asked me nothing except what shift I wanted.
I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Employers Overload (Centralia, WA) in Dec 2010
Interview
Interview was basic with a variety of interview questions. The questions ranged from how my experience matched the position, what type of background I had with new hire orientation and questions about safety. There was only one interview and based on that interaction I was selected. They do require a background and drug screening to work with the company. The On-Boarding experience was also very good.
