Interview
The initial stage was a tech test. This was fairly straightforward and there was plenty of time given to complete it.
The next stage was a relaxed interview with the recruiter. It was mostly me talking about my experience and then the recruiter explaining things about the company from a higher level.
The final stage was an interview with the hiring manager and two senior developers. This was another relaxed interview where I would talk about my experience and get some questions on it. The interviewers would also talk about the company values, the tech, etc…
Overall, it was a very positive interview and left me feeling satisfied at how I would be able to contribute within the company and how the company would be able to accelerate my learning, development and career progression.
