I applied online and was contacted for a first-round interview with HR. The initial conversation was fairly straightforward and focused on my background and experience. I was given a good overview of the role and company.
The second round, however, felt quite rushed. It came across more like a rapid-fire Q&A session than a two-way conversation. While I understand there are time constraints during interviews, the interviewers seemed more focused on getting through a long list of questions rather than genuinely engaging or trying to get to know me as a candidate. There was little opportunity to build rapport or have a natural discussion which made the experience feel quite impersonal.
