Straightforward. HR pleasantly greeted me upon arrival, and walked me to the door upon completion. Met with three individuals in succession. All were well informed about both the open position and my qualifications for same. Very positive experience.

2 phone interviews. Interviewer wanted to know more about the job seeker current company and process rather than employee's skill set. Interviewer ended call by giving already negative feedback for proceeding further in process due to attended school and marks.
