Interview
The interview process was short, smooth, and generally good. However, behaviour of the person who extended the offer was lacking and the reason I decided to turn down the offer.
I interviewed for a senior position but the offer they extended me wasn't for a senior role. When I pointed it out, I was condescendingly told "If it matters that much to you, we can change it to senior".
The dates in the offer letter were all wrong. I pointed it out and asked for a revised offer letter with the correct designation and dates. Surprisingly, the dates were still wrong in the revised offer letter.
