Enboarder Implementation Manager interview questions

The recruiter for this London based role is located in Australia. I wish the recruiter had emailed first to schedule a phone-screen instead of cold-calling for the phone screen; that would be more considerate of the interviewee's schedule. I did not move on in the process but the recruiter called again to let me know that I did not move on and to provide me feedback. This was very surprising to receive a rejection CALL. Nowadays, companies do not even email to let you know you have been rejected so to receive a call is above and beyond in my eyes!
