The job interview was conducted by two interviewers at the main office. One interviewer was very polite, so I greatly appreciate it. The second one was a totally opposite one. Actually, cannot even recollect if I've ever experienced more disrespectful attitude at any interview before. In summary, that gentleman apparently came to the interview unprepared, interrupted me several times, even chuckled once when I was answering his question about gaps in my resume. The next day after the interview, I was sent a task to do, which had to be submitted maximum in two days. After that, I haven't heard anything back for three weeks, so had to follow up myself on the status of my job application. Then finally received the response to my email saying that the position has been filled already. Overall, the company is great, some of my friends work there. It's just the attitude at the interview I had, and the absence of any response after the interview were disappointing.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Enbridge (Houston, TX) in Nov 2020
Interview
Applied online and received call from HR inviting me to interview. Interview meeting itself was enjoyable and good questions from the two FP&A managers and second good interview with FP&A director.
Follow up call from HR a week later asking my salary expectations only to find out my desired salary was more than 20% outside of their max. I asked why they let me interview before knowing, the HR rep said he did not have time to call me before the interview.
Upon asking for the chance to answer any concerns from the team about why I was requesting the salary, I was denied and not contacted again regarding the role.
