Interview
Too much complex process with video interviews and virtual/inperson discussion. Long hiring process with longest background check process. Low ball with benefits and salary if you are non-caucasian race. Interviewer did not know what exactly they are looking for job description was very vague and they wanted to hire someone who can do anything and everything.

Fairly easy. Their Recruiter called to let me know decision that was made.
Then I went back in to meet more senior level managers and was offered the position. It was a great experience overall.
