Applied online then 2 weeks later got a virtual interview (pre-recorded) invitation. Once completed, I went to the actual interview with hiring manager and director. 1.5 hr interview and about 12 questions - mostly situational and behavioural question. Asked about my past experience and expertise. After the interview, they did not reach out to me if I was successful or not (it has been over 2 months). Very poor experience with keeping candidates in the dark and not being transparent - wasted my time.
