The Interview Process was unprofessional and messy. Scheduling interviews with the company was chaotic, and they require you to assistant shoot a wedding for free before hiring, which would be fine if you're just starting out your career but is surprising for any professional photographer.

I was offered a trial shoot after the interview but after realizing how low the pay was (even though it was advertised as higher) and after several red flags I decided not to pursue this. A person interviewing photographers with photography questions who knows nothing about photography was an immediate red flag. She basically red boiler plate questions that could have been asked online. The way the scheduling was described to me seemed very last minute and strange. Any specific questions about the job, logistics, how they might want something shot, etc. weren't answered (not that it was the interviewers fault - she was just completely unqualified). The interview was WAY too easy and then you still have to go and shoot for free. Make the interview harder honestly and weed out people. You'll waste less money finding people so you can pay them more money and everyone is happier.
