Interview
I first met with two managers which explained alot about the company, the industry, and the position in good detail before hand. They asked questions on customer service, what I was responsible for at my previous position, etc. Common interview questions. It went well though it seemed they did more of the talking and sold me on the company/position more than I had to sell myself.
