I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Encore Global
Interview
Was recruited, 3 stages of interviews with each lasting about an hour. The first two were on the phone and the third was in person. Have not yet received an offer, but it was only a few days ago.

Question 1
When was a time that you dealt with a difficult customer
I did an initial phone interview of which they were extremely late from the time that was setup. Interviewer was nice but unprofessional.
I then interviewed in person with regional director on site. He was all over the place with his thoughts. Before we even got started he told me that I wasn't qualified for the position. He said that he would rather me be a sales manager. He then said I could work as a part time technician to get more hands on experience before circling back to the idea of a sales manager.
Once he started talking salary we both realized that this just wasn't going to work out. The whole process was kinda odd and left me feeling they were not the most organized and we'll run company.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
I wasn't asked many questions. It seemed like they were doing all the talking and based their opinions solely on my resume.
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Encore Global (Vail, CO) in Sept 2015
Interview
The interview wasn't bad. They ask the same questions every corporate company will ask. Stay sharp, I interviewed with the GM of the property (Hotel) in which the contract was held. Got through that. THEY DO BACKGROUND CHECKS! There is a post on here that says it is a formality. I am telling you, it is not a formality. If you have a criminal record do not waste your time. I am over qualified for this position, passed the drug test, received a formal offer letter, executed and they still retracted their offer once the background check came in.
Good Luck!
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Encore Global (Denver, CO) in Mar 2014
Interview
There wasn't much of one other than, "Are you committed to this for at least a year or two?" then we ate lunch. It was weirdly informal and I was not asked about my experience much.
