I submitted an application and had a response within two weeks. I went into the warehouse and was interviewed and was given a tour of the space. I ultimately declined, It seemed like like way too much commitment with such little pay. It's unfortunate since Encore is the exclusive AV company for so many hotels in the DFW area.

Question 1
I received pretty basic questions about experience but unfortunately that didn't affect hourly pay. At the time of my interview in order to have a pay increase I'd have to be a manager which would also entail being "on call"

Interview
I had two interviews. First was online second in person. First was informative and to get a sense of my experience. I got a great impression of the company and was eager to learn more. Second in person also went smoothly and I really enjoyed meeting some of the Team members and seeing the facilities.

Interview
I was interviewed by mean of HireVue and was given an opportunity to showcase my skills, experience, and personal talent regarding AV and technology experience. After being contacted for a second interview at the location I was personally interviewed by a Panel of directors, after during which I had all of my questions answered and was excited about the prospect of working with Encore Global.
