Applied through a career fair at my school. If they liked your resume, they would contact you for a phone/skype interview. After interviewing, I waited 3 weeks until I received a call with an offer.
A phone screen with recruiting followed by a one hour video interview with two engineers, Followed by thirty minute interview with an engineering manager. No major technical questions, Mostly behavioral.
