Energia Group interview questions

Online question filled out as part of job application. There was then a one hour plus long in person interview. Interview with HR, potential direct line manager and head of department.

The interview process included a couple of assessments focused on numeracy and logical reasoning, followed by a competency-based interview. The panel asked detailed questions about my credit risk experience and practical scenarios. They were friendly, attentive, and responsive throughout, creating a supportive environment that allowed me to explain my approach clearly.
