I received an email explaining the role and requirements which was followed up within the day with a phone call. At the end of the call I was booked in for the first interview - tough one but got to meet staff, the environment and get the 'feel' of the place.
The following day I received a call for a full day in the office with other candidates. This was full of background information, what and how the service is sold and we even had to sit with ther staff doing some of the tasks. Then the pressure started with being put into groups and planning a sales presentation to two of the Sales Managers. Each of us had to cover a part of the sales presentation.
Great day, run very professionally and left no stone unturned. At least at the end of it we could all make an informed choice of whether we wanted a career there or not.
