I applied to Enigio through Philippa, a recruiter who was very supportive throughout the process. The first interview was at Enigio's Stockholm office, where I met Mats, the CTO and co-founder, and Douglas, a Frontend Developer. They were friendly and asked about my experience, along with a mix of technical, HR, and behavioral questions. When I couldn’t answer one technical question, Douglas kindly explained it to me. They also showed me around the office, and the atmosphere and people were very welcoming.
After the interview, they gave me a Vue.js task, which was a very standard assignment, and set a time to review it. They checked every part of the task in detail and asked for my thoughts on areas that could be improved. Finally, they gave me an offer. The whole process took around one month.
