You will have an interview. the R&D and the boss. If you are lucky, one time is enough. The boss will tell you that he will hire you. But don't be too happy. you may be laid off in one week.

Interview
Two engineers asking basic questions regarding my resume, which was totally fine. Then, the HR just drove me out of the office by asking the following two questions I listed. I am not sure if it is meant by the HR or the CEO, but it made my day. Also, the HR said a lot of things that I think they were discrimination against visa holders, like "We are paying local Canadians $50K, LOCAL CANADIANS. How do you want us to pay someone with a work permit (like you) that high".
