They scheduled a phone interview with the manager. From there I went in for an interview person interview with both the manager and some members of the team. I received timely feedback and communications.

Question 1
I was asked about my ability to self-start and capacity for managing a book of business.
Interview process was pretty quick. I submitted my resume and heard from the internal recruiter the following day. Whole process took about a week and a half. First interview was with the recruiter over a video call without cameras on. From there I had a phone interview with the VP and then in person in office.
