Interviewing at Entelect was probably one of the best interview experiences I've had, if not thee best. Very professional, very friendly and almost instant communication throughout. A real class act. The interview process is much more streamlined than other companies, they have moved away from multi-stage processes that could take weeks perhaps 1-2 months and within about 2 weeks we went from initial call to offer. Have to give my hat off to them, everyone I interacted with was friendly, forthcoming and a real pleasure to talk with.

The interview consists of a coding assessment and technical understanding dialogues with the interviewer to gauge your competency, be prepared to be asked about broader items in Engineering that may not align with your coding stack.
