First step is Online interview, then you can get a invitation for the recruitment day in Warsaw. It's few steps but I never go further than 60 seconds of screening.

Interview
First stage was to talk about yourself for 1 minute in English, the recruiters were rude and didn't say a word, after your minute finished they just brought list of "numbers" (people) that passed and that's it. If they didn't read your number you were out.
