Interview
I was approached by the hiring manager about the vacant position. It took about a month before a site interview was set up. The interview with the hiring manager lasted about 3 hours. Also, there was a site tour with the environmental staffs for an additional hour. The entire process took about 4 hours.

Most questions were related to the job description, your resume, and experiences, etc. There were some behavioral questions. The questions were fair.
