it was very brief and they were hiring everyone.even very stupid people who were unfit to take the job since they lacked all ability to do even the most basic of tasks.i don't think they had much on their minds other than a SIA licence and a CSCS card.on the first day i was the only one who turned up with both.some people they helped and others were just sent home.
