The recruiter contacted me via LinkedIn and scheduled a phone interview to discuss the role. This was followed by a hiring manager interview and an onsite interview at Shopee’s MN office. The onsite process included whiteboard coding, HR and hiring manager interviews, and a cross-functional collaboration session. The recruiter was highly communicative and provided detailed guidance, which made preparation smooth. The interview team was exceptionally skilled and knowledgeable.

Great experience with the interview! The interviewer is respectful and I like the way he interview. It is mostly value-based interview, and it was not that difficult. They will just assess your personality and if you are a good fit in their team. No leetcode!
