First there was a phone interview followed by an online assessment. I was invited for an in-person interview. They show you around the campus and you have various interviews throughout the day. Most of the other candidates were fresh out of college.

First interview after application with other project manager then in person interview in Madison. There are also skills assessments and qustionnares. Not too hard or difficult. They seem interesting and willing to ask and answer important questions.

Easy phone interview but tough online assessment. Be sure to complete the online assessment in full. They will reject your application if you do not complete the full online assessment. Must live within 45 minutes of Madison, WI for the job.
