Interview Experience — Treasury Manager I have to say the process at Equiniti was one of the smoother ones I have been through. From the moment I applied things moved quickly and I never felt like I was chasing anyone for updates. Both interview stages were sorted and done within the same week which, having been through processes that drag on for months, was really refreshing. A special mention has to go to Geri in the Talent Acquisition team who was brilliant throughout. She was proactive from the outset, kept everything moving and genuinely made herself available to answer any questions I had, often outside of normal working hours. That level of commitment is not something you come across all that often and it made a real difference to how I felt about the whole experience. What I also appreciated was that before each interview they took the time to let me know what to expect, who would be on the call and what the format would look like. It sounds like a small thing but it makes a real difference when you are preparing and it tells you something about how a company treats people. They were also flexible around dates which made fitting everything around my schedule much easier than I expected. All in all it was a straightforward, professional experience and the communication was spot on throughout. Would happily recommend Equiniti to anyone going through their process.
