Interview
HR, then potential boss, then department head. Asked about underwriting, concepts, way of life. Why EQB, what do you know, etc. HR explain salary, benefits, share repurchase. Team explain job roles, how to do, challenges.
Straightforward interview process. HR screen, followed by a Karat technical assessment covering SQL and Python, then an on-site panel. Interviewers were friendly and professional. Questions were relevant to the role. Overall a smooth experience.
Interview process started off with an HR interview at the office. After passing that, there was an interview with the team. After that, there was a test where you're given a week to complete it. Following that, there was another final team interview.

Interview
Very smooth and fast. Did 2 interviews and a job offer was given all within a week's time even though there were many applicants and interviews happening. Both HR and the 2 interviewer were very friendly and made me feel comfortable.
