Very good experience. First a few phone interviews. Ericsson regional HR and my supervisor did the 1st interview. Then another phone interview with the Ericsson Regional head and my supervisor. Followed by 1 to 1 interviews with the Country Manager Malaysia (Matrix organisation structure).
