Interview
They ask you about yourself, ask you to read scripts to test your public speaking abilities, and then put you in a few of the room to see how naturally the idea resonates with you. Be prepared to be interviewed by the GM and a manager and they will test your ability to think quickly to respond to frequent customer questions or issues.

Do you have any experience with customer service, engagement, and public speaking?
Simple, but they treat it like you're interviewing to be an actor. The person interviewing us was an upright woman who seemed like a superficial made up woman. You just have to act like you're interested.
